WHEN TRIP IS BOOKED & UPON RECEIVING DEPOSITS: We will send you a notice of receiving deposits - date of hunt booked - a balance sheet of amount still owing. Balance of hunt will be due on arrival. Balance accepted on arrival (for first time hunters): by Cash, Certified Check, Travellers Check or Money Order only.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable after you receive your hunting license. We DO refund deposits to hunters who are unsuccessful in drawing a license - or if you are unsuccessful in drawing license, deposit may be left with us and applied to a booking for the following year. |

Teton Country Outfitters (formerly Coulter Creek Outfitters) is owned and operated by Ladd and Cassi Dick. We are members of the Wyoming Outfitters Association, Jackson Hole Outfitters Association, NRA and the North American Hunting Club. We are authorized permittees of the U.S. Forest Service in the Bridger-Teton National Forest, and are licensed by the Wyoming Board of Outfitters and Professional Guides, license number 051.
